1. What is hydro vac excavation?

Hydro vac excavation uses high pressure water to break up soil, which is then removed with a powerful vacuum system. It is a precise and non destructive way to expose underground services, dig trenches, install utilities or clean out pits.

2. What types of projects do you handle?

We work across utility locates, service proving, trenching, drainage maintenance, site preparation and general clean ups. Small private jobs or larger commercial works, we treat them the same way. With care and attention to detail.

3. Are you fully insured and EPA compliant?

Yes. We are fully insured and hold the appropriate EPA permits for waste transport and disposal. All material is managed in line with Victorian environmental requirements.

4. How quickly can you respond?

With trucks based in Sunshine and Newtown, we can respond quickly across Victoria. Depending on the scope of works, we can often schedule within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Do you offer free quotes?

Yes. We provide clear, honest, no obligation quotes so you know exactly what you are getting before we start.

6. Why choose a smaller local operator?

Because you are not just another job number. You deal directly with the person responsible for the work. Communication is clear, decisions are quick and there is real accountability behind every project.

7. Is Hydro vac safe for my property?

Yes. Hydro excavation is far less invasive than mechanical digging and greatly reduces the risk of damaging underground services, landscaping or surrounding surfaces.

8. What areas do you service?

We are based in Sunshine in Melbourne and Newtown in Geelong and service projects right across Victoria. If the job makes sense, we will be there.
